Guarantees

 

72-Hour Guarantee

 

Your puppy will come with all vaccinations and deworming appropriate for their age. The Breeder agrees the puppy is in good health at the time of the sale. Breeder agrees to replace the puppy (if another one is available) or refund the cost of the puppy if a licensed veterinarian judges it to be in a non-healthy condition upon arrival. The examination must be within 72-hours of receiving the puppy. The puppy must be returned to the seller unharmed. No veterinarian fees or transportation costs will be paid. Great care has been exercised to ensure the puppy is free of parasites, worms, or coccidia. Since these are very common in puppies, the guarantee does not cover these very treatable conditions.

 

1-Year Health Guarantee

 

This puppy is guaranteed until one year of age from life threatening genetic problems. This is something that the puppy will die from or severely compromise its quality of life. If a problem is found, please contact seller immediately and the puppy will be replaced with one of equal value as soon as available. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for replacement puppy in the case of a genetic defect or Buyer may choose to

keep the puppy and accept all responsibilities. Breeder is not responsible for shipping costs. We also do not guarantee the disposition, life span, size or color of any puppy.

 

We cannot guarantee that your puppy will never develop any health problems, just as a pediatrician cannot guarantee a child will never develop any health problems in the future. Some things are just not able to be predicted. Our parents are free of diseases, disorders, and health problems, otherwise we would not breed them. That means our puppies are less likely to develop problems. If anything does occur, you are required to inform us so we can evaluate the parents and other puppies from that litter in an attempt to determine the cause of the ailment and to eliminate the issue from our future breeding.

 

The Breeder states that the puppy has received and is up-to-date on all vaccinations, as previously stated in the Medical Records section. Buyer is required to have puppy vet checked within 72-hours or this contract will be considered null and void. It is strongly cautioned to keep your puppy away from public places such as parks, sidewalks, and grasses until your puppy is properly vaccinated with all 5-way boosters. Parvo will not be covered after the 72-hour period the puppy is taken into your care. While vaccinations are a preventative, they are not 100% effective.

The Buyer agrees to return the dog to the Breeder if for any reason the Buyer no longer wants the puppy or is unable to keep it. Breeder agrees to either assist the Buyer in finding another suitable home where the dog will receive proper care or to accept the dog back any time with no refund given to the Buyer, as the Breeder would accept responsibility for the dog and will be responsible for the future cost of care, including vet care and training.

 

 

Agreement

 

This contract must be signed and returned to the seller by ____________. If contract is not received by this date, the contract then becomes null and void.

The Buyer has read this agreement and the health guarantee from the Breeder, understands it, and agrees to abide by the terms stated above.
